Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Neon Coat at 4.0 against SharedEasy's 3.0. Neon Coat also leads on ratings volume (165 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). SharedEasy's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
