The info is submitted as a new ticket to Facilities Management for further review and processing. After submitting the request, users can follow the ticket status as it progresses to from Pending to Approved, In-Progress, and eventual resolution. Users can also track requests made by others in the UCLA community. Additional features include the ability to add notes, take photos, and attach relevant documentation.
