Verdict
DW Audio and BDRC Mobile both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of DW Audio's written reviews are positive against 14% of BDRC Mobile's. DW Audio also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). BDRC Mobile's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for DW Audio against 5.0 for BDRC Mobile. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DW Audio has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
