Verdict
GdePosylka and Forward both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Forward's written reviews are positive against 39% of GdePosylka's. Forward also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). GdePosylka's advantage is ratings volume (247 vs 19). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GdePosylka sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Forward asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for GdePosylka against 5.0 for Forward. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GdePosylka has 247 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 39% of GdePosylka's written reviews are positive against 100% of Forward's.
