Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cinematical at 4.7 against OldVid's 3.0. Cinematical also leads on ratings volume (26 vs 2). OldVid's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Cinematical holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cinematical has 26 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of OldVid's written reviews are positive against 75% of Cinematical's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
