Buy together. Save together. Your neighbours are already going to the wholesale market. One household cannot buy a 30 kg sack of atta — ten households can, and everyone pays the wholesale rate instead of the corner-shop rate. Saanjha is the app your street uses to do that — and the app the shops on your street use to run themselves. — FOR EVERY HOME — SHOP FROM SHOPS YOU ALREADY KNOW Browse what kirana stores, home kitchens and sellers near you actually have in stock, at the price they are actually charging. Save what you buy often, reorder in a tap, and have it delivered or collect it yourself. JOIN A TRIP TO THE MANDI Someone in your community is already making the trip. Add what you need to their list, and it comes back with them. Host a trip yourself and Saanjha works out what each neighbour owes you, transport shared and bulk rate included. YOUR COMMUNITY, NOT A MARKETPLACE Join the group for your society, apartment block or street — or start one. Share announcements, ask the group where to find something, and see which sellers your own neighbours have used, rated, and gone back to. MORE THAN GROCERIES Home cooks, tutors, electricians, restaurants — the people already around you, findable. — FOR THE SHOP — Saanjha is a complete counter-to-cashbook system for a kirana store, and it is part of the same app. BILLING THAT WORKS WHEN THE INTERNET DOES NOT Raise a bill by searching your catalogue or scanning a barcode. Take cash or UPI. Print to a Bluetooth thermal printer, automatically if you like. When the signal drops, bills queue on the phone and sync themselves the moment it returns — you never stop billing. LET CUSTOMERS SCAN THEIR OWN BASKET Shoppers scan as they pick. You verify the queue at the counter instead of ringing every item yourself. STOCK, PRICES AND OFFERS Keep your catalogue and stock counts in one place, list a product, propose one that does not exist yet, and run offers on what you need to move. BUYING, NOT JUST SELLING See what is running out before it does. Pull up your suppliers' price lists, compare what each one charges per pack, see the effective rate with free goods counted in, and place the order. Mark a delivery received — short, over, or exactly as ordered — and Saanjha remembers each supplier's fill rate for next time. THE SHOP'S NUMBERS Today's sales, orders, stock value and what is committed, on one screen. Sales history when you want the longer view. STAFF Add the people who work the counter, with their own access and their own limits on what they can do. GET PAID OUT Settle takings to your own UPI ID. ORDERS FROM BEYOND YOUR STREET Your shop is not limited to people who already have Saanjha. Your catalogue — your stock, your prices, updated as you change them — is published where other shopping apps can find it, and an order placed there lands in the same orders screen as everything else. Saanjha handles the awkward parts too, not only the happy path: • A shopper wants to return something — accept it, or decline it with a reason they actually read. • A parcel comes back to the shop — it is on your list the moment it turns round. • You are out of one item — drop just that line, the rest of the order goes ahead, and the shopper is refunded for what you dropped. • A complaint is raised — add what you know from the shop, and our support team carries it the rest of the way. Everything waiting on you sits on one screen, so nothing needs finding out about. — DELIVER AND EARN — Deliver for shops near you, and get paid for the round. — IN YOUR LANGUAGE — English, हिन्दी, मराठी, தமிழ், తెలుగు and বাংলা, throughout the app. — SIGNING IN — Your mobile number, verified with a six-digit code sent to your WhatsApp. No password to remember.
