MY ISP brings your internet account into one app. Sign in with the mobile or PPP credentials associated with your participating ISP. • See linked connections, connection status and available live speed information. • View outstanding bills, invoice details and payment history. • Pay eligible internet bills through your ISP's supported secure payment provider. • Contact your ISP and submit guided support requests with status history. • Run Wi-Fi and connection diagnostics, and share a diagnostic report when needed. • Use prayer times and Qibla tools, with optional foreground location access. • Choose Bengali or English, light or dark appearance, and supported biometric protection. Available account information, payment methods, media links and support services depend on your ISP. Local network access is used when scanning nearby network devices; some devices may not respond. Location is optional for prayer tools, and an area can be selected manually.
