With Softadmin® you can use your organization's Softadmin® system wherever you are. You don't have to log in each and every time, you will have all necessary functionality at your fingertips. The automation platform Softadmin® streamlines your administration with a custom made application. With Softadmin® Go! you can discover your KPIs and reports, enter and search for your information in the same way as on your desktop computer. NOTE that you can have multiple Softadmin® systems registered in the app simultaneously. Access the app's menu by swiping your finger from left to right. Kontek HRM Mobile gives you and your colleagues full control of your schedules, time reports, travel expense claims and personnel related information wherever you are – all you need is your tablet or cell phone. With HRM Mobile you can: - Perform time reporting with day reporting, period reporting or discrepancy reporting. - Punch your time. - See your schedule. - Request available work shifts. - Report your time on project, customer, order, article, activity or other concept of your choice. - Keep track of your time balances. - View your payslip. - See which colleagues are at work, off sick, on vacation or absent due to other reasons. - Register a driver´s log by means of location services. - Take photos of your receipts, have them interpreted and attach them to your travel expense claim. - Register trips and expenses, reconcile credit card transactions. - Audit and submit travel expense claims and time reports. - Make absence applications. - Manage absence applications as an authorised administrator. - See and manage tasks, receive notifications concerning e.g. deadlines for authorizing.
