Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: KiTplayer at none against 노래방책's shown. KiTplayer also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). 노래방책's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 34%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
KiTplayer holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KiTplayer has 463 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of 노래방책's written reviews are positive against 34% of KiTplayer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
노래방책 ships an update every 3 weeks, KiTplayer weekly. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
