Expect faster transitions, controlled tempo shifts, and sustained muscle fatigue to drive your heart rate up. NO jumping, NO off-machine cardio. Sculpt: A hybrid of Strength and Burn but targets a specific area of the body like Legs + Glutes, Core, Arms + Back.
