Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TRB FPV holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TRB FPV has 84 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of DRONE GO's written reviews are positive against 36% of TRB FPV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
DRONE GO ships an update every 2 weeks, TRB FPV every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
