Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Haiti Broadcasting at 4.6 against TANDE's 4.2. Haiti Broadcasting also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 24). TANDE's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 4 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Haiti Broadcasting holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Haiti Broadcasting has 1.3K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Haiti Broadcasting's written reviews are positive against 100% of TANDE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Haiti Broadcasting ships an update every 4 months, TANDE every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
