Know what you own. Know where it is. Know who has it. PropertyTracer is a simple home inventory app for keeping track of everything you own across your house, storage unit, rental, or office. Take a photo, add a few details, and your belongings are organized, searchable, and ready if you ever need them for a move, a claim, or a quick “where did I put that?” WHY PEOPLE USE IT • Moving: label your boxes, scan them, and see exactly what’s inside before you unpack • Insurance: build a home inventory report that makes a claim far less painful • Disaster preparedness: have a record of your belongings stored safely in iCloud • Lending: keep track of who borrowed your drill, your camera, or your books • Small business: track equipment and assets across offices and locations ADD ITEMS IN SECONDS Snap a photo and PropertyTracer suggests a name for you with Intelligent Naming. It runs on your device, so your photos stay private. Do not worry, you can override it. ORGANIZE THE WAY YOUR HOME WORKS Group items into rooms, rooms into homes, and keep it all connected. Move items between rooms, see which people and places they’re linked to, and search every home at once from the Properties screen. BARCODES AND LABELS Every item gets its own code. Print labels for boxes and shelves, or find the code on your PDFs. Scan one with your camera and its details open instantly. Codes contain only a unique identifier, never your private information, and can only be read by your own devices. CHECK ITEMS OUT TO PEOPLE Lend something and record who has it. See everything that’s currently checked out in one place, so nothing quietly disappears from your shelf. INSURANCE-READY REPORTS Create a PDF inventory of your belongings, with photos, values, and details, to share with your insurer or keep for your records. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES • iCloud sync keeps your iPhone, iPad, and Mac up to date • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your recent item or your inventory at a glance • Ask Siri to find an item • Apple Watch app for quick lookups PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your inventory lives on your devices and in your own iCloud account. No account to create, and no ads. FREE TO START, PREMIUM WHEN YOU’RE READY PropertyTracer is free to use, with unlimited rooms. Upgrade to Premium to manage multiple homes, see total inventory value, track checked-out items, export and import your inventory as CSV, and unlock insurance reports. About

Timeful

Features

Thanks to the Timeful app, you can regain more value, focus on your work, and stop unpleasant habits like constantly checking your smartphone. The Timeful app starts a predefined timer (2 minutes - 2 hours) during which you will no longer use your smartphone. This allows you to fully concentrate on your work, your studies or whatever you want to do. Once the timer has expired, the app will report back to you, and you can get a report of how much time you have been focused and what percentage you have kept up. With the strict mode, you can also improve your behaviour even more by placing the smartphone face down. The smartphone must then be in this state for the entire duration. The better the percentage, the better your productivity was.
