Het netwerk Verpleegkundig Specialisten Oncologie bestaat uit een groep verpleegkundig specialisten, werkzaam binnen de oncologie & palliatieve zorg, van verschillende organisaties en geografische gebieden, die zich die op basis van hun opleidingsachtergrond zich met elkaar verbinden om hun inhoudelijke kennis te vergroten en hun positie als professional te verstevigen. Het doel van het netwerk VS is het uitwisselen van kennis en ervaringen door VS Oncologie en VS Palliatieve Zorg waarbij patiëntenzorg, deskundigheidsbevordering en onderzoek centraal staan. Deze app bevat onder andere informatie over het jaarlijks terugkerende, door het netwerk georganiseerde, VSO Voorjaars Symposium. De app wordt op regelmatige basis geupdate met nieuwe informatie over o.a. het programma. U ontvangt push berichten bij belangrijke deadlines of nieuwsberichten. De app is het gehele jaar off-line te gebruiken.
