Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PPV.COM at none against TNA+'s 21. PPV.COM also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (3.5 vs 3.2). TNA+'s advantage is chart position (#108 vs unranked) and ratings volume (381 vs 73). On price, update cadence, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TNA+ sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. PPV.COM asks for nothing beyond the download.
PPV.COM holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TNA+ has 381 ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 30% of TNA+'s written reviews are positive against 42% of PPV.COM's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
