Drop is a simple mood diary. One tap a day, a couple of words about what shaped it. No long forms, no half-page journal entries required. How it works: Log your day with one of five moods, and add tags if you want to — work, relationships, health, weather, and more. Takes less than a minute. Look at your calendar. Every day becomes a colored dot. After a couple of weeks, you start seeing your own picture instead of someone else's advice on how you should feel. Read your report. Once a week or month, a chart and a few observations: which tags tend to show up on good days, which on harder ones. Not a diagnosis, not advice — just patterns that are easier to notice from a bit of distance. Share it, if you want. Turn a chart or a quote into a card and show someone — or keep it to yourself. Everything you write stays on your device. No one reads your entries, no one judges them. Drop isn't a substitute for therapy and doesn't diagnose anything. It's just a way to understand yourself a little better. Contact: stillnotbad@proton.me
