Build simulated patient charts, organize group activities, and help learners practice documentation in one private, native workspace. ChartSlate is made for health professions faculty and learners. Create multidisciplinary charts with vitals, labs, medications, orders, notes, assessments, and simulated imaging. Start with guided creation, edit an existing record, or make a separate state of the same patient for the next activity. Save drafts and reusable cases on your device. Plan a whole lesson with Case Bundles. Arrange charts and activities into named, ordered stages with group instructions. Choose which stages to share in a Student Safe file for an LMS announcement, assignment, or module, or use Files and AirDrop. Students import the bundle once and open its included stages offline. Every included stage is available immediately; keep future findings in separate patient states and leave those stages out until you are ready to release them. Turn chart review into active learning with chart hunts, trends, handoff practice, medication safety, documentation review, patient teaching, prioritization, and interprofessional rounds. Adapt an activity and save it directly to its record. Use storyboard milestones to organize the facilitation plan. Give learners their own charting workspace. Start independent attempts, write notes and assessments, sign entries, and append amendments. Exchange submitted work and faculty feedback through files you choose to share. Review saved classroom debriefs and export reports for your teaching workflow. Optional on-device assistance can simplify an authored teaching takeaway, suggest teach-back questions, or draft faculty feedback from selected learning material. It uses Apple's on-device model only when available on a supported device. Review every suggestion before accepting it, or continue manually. On supported iOS and iPadOS 27 devices, recognize and review handwritten teaching notes while keeping the original ink. Run High Fidelity Simulation with nearby devices. Prepare Ideal, Neutral, and Worsening paths, then release orders, notes, vital signs, labs, assessments, or imaging as the scenario evolves. Target learner roles and request acknowledgment through local peer connections. Import CSV tables and compatible case files. Share Student Safe cases with learners or Full Instructor files with colleagues, and export compatible SimulationCase files for Bedside Coach. Personalize your workspace with school branding and use Apple Pencil on supported iPads. Privacy is built in: - No account, advertising, developer analytics, or tracking - No developer collection of charts, activities, learner work, or files - Content stays on device unless you choose to share it or start a nearby session - Optional model assistance runs on device, with no cloud model fallback ChartSlate works offline. Downloading or posting files through your chosen LMS or iCloud Drive may require connectivity outside the app. For simulated education only. Do not enter real patient information. ChartSlate is not a medical device and is not intended for clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, patient monitoring, or real patient documentation.

Examplify's advantage is ratings volume (638 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
