ACL App vs MyFoyer

The free application of the Automobile Club Luxembourg allows you fast and efficient assistance at any time and anywhere in the world. The ACL App has 5 main functionalities: • eCall mobile (including referencing of “my vehicles”), • Traffic Informations, • Infos & News of the Club • eCharging Station, as well as the digital Membership card. Available in French, German and English, the ACL App is accessible to everyone, while providing additional valuable benefits to ACL members. The main functionality “eCall mobile” in connection with "my vehicles" allows members of ACL to considerably shorten the process of troubleshooting. What does that mean ? Here it comes : • Record your data and those related to the vehicles you regularly use within the application. • During a call via “mobile eCall” , this data, as well as your location (if activated on your mobile), will be automatically transmitted to the Assistance Center of your Automobile Club. • In addition, the voice call from the ACL affiliate will automatically be routed to a priority phone line. • For any person not affiliated with ACL, the “eCall mobile” function allows geolocation and the call to the telephone exchange, but does not allow the preliminary registration of the vehicles or the automatic sending of geolocation information. • The “eCall mobile” functionality may also be used for any assistance-needs beside the classic road-assistance case. The “Membership card” functionality , reserved for ACL members , makes it possible to check the status of the data related to the ACL affiliation. Do you want to have a look at the actual traffic situation on Luxembourg roads? With the “Traffic Info” functionality , a map allows you to locate traffic congestion, accidents, construction sites as well as the location of fixed speed cameras.
