3millID vs Eyrus

New features to the 3millID® mobile application v2.5 were gathered from customers who prefer little or no interaction with their mobile device or who wish to limit the need to launch the mobile app to initiate its features. The new features in this latest version of the app include: • Phone as a Badge - Allows a user to leverage their phone as a badge, by presenting it directly to a reader while the 3millID® mobile application runs in the background • Widgets - Allows a user to launch the 3millID® application, ‘Search for Nearby Doors’, or ‘Launch a Pathway’ from a “Swipe Right” interaction on a phone’s locked or home screen • Shake to Open - Allows a user to “shake” their phone over a turnstile reader to immediately send their credential from the 3millID® mobile app Important Note: The 3millID® mobile app requires that your organization be set up with 3millID® Readers and have the ability to issue 3millID Mobile Credentials. The complete 3millID® mobile offering includes the 3millID mobile smartphone app, 3millID® Bluetooth® enabled readers 3MIL-R11030, 3MIL-R11330, 3MIL-R11320 and 3MIL-R11325, and 3millID® Mobile Credentials – all tied together by our cloud server. These components allow for Mobile Credentialing compatibility across a wide array of Access Control Systems, allowing one-click issuance and management of mobile access credentials.

The Eyrus app provides simple and automatic workforce management, visibility, and badging tools no matter the project or job size. Tradespeople can register themselves to a project, automatically check-in and out of the job site, view timesheets, and keep their profile and certification information up-to-date right in the app. Projects can be joined easily by scanning a QR code. Then complete the necessary registration information, review and sign documents, and submit for review. Once registration is approved, head to the job site to automatically track work hours. The Eyrus app handles check-in and check-out automatically based on project location.
