Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bloody Disgusting at 4.7 against Screamify's 3.9. Bloody Disgusting also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 22). Screamify's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 12 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Bloody Disgusting holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9.
