UAV-ASIGN is an ASIGN application that specifically targets operations with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), or drones, used to interactively communicate visual content to an ASIGN server in a remote location. • • • Feedback from DJI pilots is always highly appreciated! If you are interested in using UAV-ASIGN please contact us for a user account at: contact@ansur.no • • • UAV-ASIGN targets use with UAV pilots who wish to share photos & video taken from a UAV while UAV is in flight. It works specifically with many DJI drones, such as the Inspire or Phantom models, by controlling the camera of the drone to take photos or video, downloading the media and sending an interactive preview to a remote server where authorized people can view it in real time and pull full precision optical details, seconds after the photo or video was taken. UAV-ASIGN can also be used as a flying camera, attached to a capable UAV, to take photos at desired intervals in selected geo-zones, and share them with a remote viewer via a web browser. UAV-ASIGN can also use the iOS camera manually on the ground to share information of the surrounding areas prior to flight – or in other situations. All observations are geo-tagged and can be seen in maps and integrated with professional GIS systems. ** ASIGN is about communication of visual content in terms of photos and video under critical conditions. Applying a two-step interactive approach ASIGN can save as much as 99% of the bandwidth otherwise required, while still providing operationally relevant content in full precision. Application areas are crisis, emergency and disaster management, UN-operations, law enforcement, safety, security and surveillance, interactive real-time operations and other situations where visual data is used as a source of information, as opposed to entertainment or art. Rapid communication of high precision visual content is a real challenge when network capacity is limited. ASIGN is certified for satellite communications operations. ASIGN requires a user account with an ASIGN server. Contact the developer or consult the product website for further information either on access to a cloud server or obtaining your own server. In addition to running as smartphone applications, ASIGN is also available for personal computers and embedded Linux platforms. It has been developed for mission-critical operations natively.

Point at a document and let the camera capture it automatically. Keep scanning page after page; combined results are copied as soon as they are read. Save a searchable PDF to Files and choose where it goes. Join line breaks from books and printouts so text copies as flowing sentences. Lines that may be misread can be softly highlighted—tap one to fix it. Scans go into history before reading even starts, so nothing is lost if it stops. Combine pages into one document or keep each page separate. Open separate results to copy each page. With Pro, select up to 100 photos at once. AI Suggestions explains when there are no lines to correct, Apple Intelligence is off or preparing, or the language is unsupported. The feature stays hidden on unsupported devices. Correct perspective and tilt, or adjust the corners yourself. Create the PDF from your current reading result, with your approved text corrections included. PDFs cannot be exported again from History. On the wide display of iPhone Duo and wider iPads, you can review the document and recognized text side by side. On supported iPhone models, on-device AI suggests text corrections. Compare them with the original: only suggestions you review and apply are used. Changes to numbers or amounts need individual review. AI requires a supported OS, device and language, with Apple Intelligence ready to use. Copy text, edit individual lines, keep text in History and copy it again later. Read text from the share menu or Shortcuts, and export detected tables to CSV on iOS 26 or later. Images and text are processed on your device. No account, ads or tracking. Free and OCR Copy Pro: - Free: read text 5 times a day. One photo with text, one page captured with the document camera, one copy from Scan Live, or one shared image counts as one read. Pages beyond your remaining reads for the day are not read. Copying, keeping text in history and CSV export never count, and the count starts over at midnight - If you used OCR Copy before version 1.5, reading stays unlimited - OCR Copy Pro removes the daily limit in the app, the share sheet and Shortcuts. Yearly (with a 1-week free trial) or monthly Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
