Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Nevco at 5.0 against Arkiv's 4.2. Nevco also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Arkiv's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
