Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: Liquid Apollo at every 10 days against TapticMe's every 11 months. Liquid Apollo also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (653 vs 18). TapticMe's advantage is review sentiment (86% vs 68%) and iOS requirement (10.2 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Liquid Apollo holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Liquid Apollo has 653 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of TapticMe's written reviews are positive against 68% of Liquid Apollo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

TapticMe ships an update every 11 months, Liquid Apollo every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
