Im Unterschied zur Version Tipp mal, die vor allem für Kinder mit und ohne Behinderung geeignet ist, richtet sich Tipp mal ERW speziell an erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung. Entsprechend beinhaltet Tipp mal ERW Fragen aus dem Erfahrunghintergrund von Erwachsenen; bei der Durchführung der Überprüfung werden die Probanden mit “Sie “ angesprochen. Tipp mal ERW ermöglicht es Erwachsenen mit Behinderung schnell und auf spielerische Weise zu zeigen, welches Sprachverständnis sie besitzen. Dazu überprüft Tipp mal ERW in etwa 70 Fragen semantische und syntaktische Fähigkeiten von einfachen Substantiven über Pluralfunktionen bis hin zu Konjugationen, vom situationsunabhängigen Verstehen von Wörtern über Satzstellung bis hin zum satzübergreifenden Sprachverstehen. Die Ergebnisse der Überprüfung werden von Tipp mal gespeichert und können als Protokoll oder Profil ausgedruckt werden. ZIELGRUPPE Tipp mal ERW richtet sich in erster Linie an erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung. Es ist auch eine Version für Kinder erhältlich (Tipp mal). Tipp mal ERW ist besonders geeignet für Menschen mit Bedarf an Unterstützter Kommunikation. Die Probanden benötigen ein gutes Hör- und Sehvermögen, Symbolverständnis und die motorische Fähigkeit, eines von vier Feldern auf dem iPad anzutippen. Tipp mal ERW lässt sich auch über Scanning ansteuern, wenn die entsprechenden Adapter und Sensoren vorhanden sind. WER KANN TIPP MAL DURCHFÜHREN? Tipp mal ERW kann von Bezugspersonen in der Familie und von Fachleuten in Einrichtungen für erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung, Senioreneinrichtungen und Kliniken durchgeführt werden. Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie verschiedenste Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten können Tipp mal ERW zur Diagnostik des Sprachentwicklungsstandes heranziehen.
