Take control of your health, from first principles. Tell LifeFrom your goal, whether that's more energy, better sleep, testosterone, weight or your heart. From there, its AI works on it with you every day. Give it everything. LifeFrom reads your blood test results, scan reports and DNA, your meals and medicines, Apple Health and your Apple Watch, scale and band, even a video of your workout, and turns it into one living picture of you. • Every hour of your day, computed: your Life Force, an energy estimate from your Apple Health data, rises and falls with sleep, food, caffeine, training and how you feel. • Every pill, on time: your doses, and how your day tracked after them. • Every organ tracked: your results grouped by body system, with trends, and a body built from your data. • Workouts from Apple Health logged on their own, with their impact on your energy and your goal. • Ask anything, any hour. LifeFrom AI answers from your own numbers. Answers are for information, not medical advice, and your data goes to third-party AI providers only with your permission. LifeFrom is for information and education. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace your doctor. Talk to your doctor before making medical decisions. LifeFrom reads Apple Health only with your permission, never writes to it, and never uses your health data for advertising. LifeFrom Membership: $199 a year, with the first 7 days free. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Desk Control at none against LifeFrom's 2. Desk Control also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). LifeFrom's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
