Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Devoted City Church at none against Elite Core Studios's shown. Devoted City Church also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (4 vs 1). Elite Core Studios's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
