GuardiApp es una aplicación para móvil dirigida a profesionales médicos con el objetivo de ser una herramienta de ayuda durante su actividad asistencial en las guardias o en el pase de planta. Está desarrollada por un grupo de residentes y jóvenes internistas de la Sociedad Española de Medicina Interna (SEMI) con el aval del Grupo de Formación de la SEMI. GuardiAPP presenta dos grandes apartados: Patologías: más de 130 temas en los que se describen de forma sencilla y esquemática la clínica, pruebas y exploraciones diagnósticas y tratamientos de las principales patologías que encontramos en una guardia médica. Herramientas: 34 herramientas en las que encontramos las principales escalas y calculadoras de uso habitual en la práctica clínica, además de una herramienta de cálculo de perfusiones de los principales fármacos (noradranalina, dobutamina, nitroglicerina, …). En definitiva, es una aplicación completa y sencilla que responde a las necesidades de los clínicos durante la atención de los pacientes médicos.
