Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: Pushes at free with in-app purchases against Push's subscription. Pushes also leads on ratings volume (558 vs 10). Push's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Push sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per year and Pushes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
