WorkHIIT is a precision interval timer for any workout. Five Modes Stopwatch, Timer, HIIT, Circuit and EMOM share the same glanceable clock and the same start-and-go flow. Switching formats never means relearning the app. • Stopwatch — millisecond timing with tap-to-lap. • Timer — a single countdown. • HIIT — work, rest, rounds. • Circuit — stations within rounds, with an optional transition between them. • EMOM — a set amount of work, every minute on the minute. A Clock From the Gym Wall The seven-segment display comes straight from gym-timer hardware, in 26 color pairs we tuned by hand and a few variations on the digit style. Prefer something cleaner? Switch to the Modern face and its progress ring. Display Mode turns the whole screen into the clock, readable from across the room. Cues Tuned to the Moment Work, rest and the final countdown each get a distinct tone and a paired vibration, layered over your music without pausing it. Choose from three workout completion tones we made ourselves. An optional lead-in counts you in before the first phase begins. Your Formats, Saved Keep your go-to configurations one tap away, starting from built-in presets like Tabata and AMRAP. Edit, rename and reorder them as your training changes. Set It, Then Forget the Phone The screen stays awake for the whole workout. Leave the app and a Live Activity shows that a workout is still running, on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. An optional completion alert reaches you even after you've set the phone down. Accessible Throughout VoiceOver reads the clock as spoken time, not digit by digit, and every control is labeled. Interface text scales with your system text size, every cue pairs a vibration with its tone, and a workout is fully followable without sound. Private by Construction No account, no analytics, no ads. Your timers and settings stay on your device. Full Functionality for Free Every mode, every saved timer and the Modern theme are free, and that's permanent. The one purchase in the app is a one-time unlock for the rest of the Hardware theme clock colors. Built natively for iPhone and iPad.
