My Interest dient zur Ermittlung von Grundstücks- und Eigentümerdaten der Immobilien über den Standort (GPS-Position). Die Verwendung neuer Zugänge BEV (Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen) ermöglicht die tagesaktuelle Abfrage dieser Daten. Folgende Daten werden ermittelt: Zuname, Vorname, Titel, Straße und Hausnummer, Postleitzahl und soweit vorhanden, Geburtsdatum des Eigentümers. Weitere ermittelte Daten sind: Grundstücksgrößen und Nutzungsinformationen. Hinweis: My Interest kann auch von 'Nicht-Österreichern' verwendet werden, sofern das abgefragte Grundstück oder die Immobilie auf österreichischem Gebiet liegen.
