Master the 4th dimension with innerTIme! For meditation and mindfulness practicioners: use innerTime as your personal meditation timer. After the cycle ends, innerTime beeps only once (differently than a regular alarm), not requiring you to deactivate it and thus lose your state of focus. Also, with long cycles (5, 10 or more minutes), use it as a sound reminder to anchor you back to the present moment and avoid distracting thoughts. For musicians: how about playing over a 20 second click cycle AKA 3bpm? Can you keep the beat? Using the X2 and /2 buttons you can raise or lower the difficulty level with a single tap. The multiplier buttons do not break the tempo flow, so you can double or half the click while still keeping your inner beat. For example - start with 96bpm, and by halving the bpm one tap at a time (96, 48, 24, 12, 6, 3), get to 3bpm while still feeling the original beat. Develop your innerTime and don't ever need a metronome anymore! - BPM and S modes show you the cycle time in beats per minute or seconds - Countdown counter for very long cycles - Choose between several different sounds (mindfulness and metronome sounds) - Focus Mode removes all accessory controls from the interface to keep you focused on your practice - Running Timer shows on the screen how long you’ve been practicing Join the innerTime community on Facebook to share the unique ways you use innerTime to improve your life!
