Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Microtech at 5.0 against إدراك's 4.5. إدراك's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Microtech sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. إدراك asks for nothing beyond the download.
Microtech holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: إدراك has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
