Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: ACNH Items at 100% against Minnesota's 25%. ACNH Items also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). Minnesota's advantage is update cadence (every 24 months vs every 59 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
