De Amuse App ondersteunt medewerkers gedurende hun werkdag. In de Amuse applicatie vinden de medewerkers de juiste informatie (context, taken, stappen) die hen gedurende de gehele werkdag ondersteunt en hierdoor de performance naar een hoger niveau brengt. Naast standaard werkinstructies bevinden er in deze App verwijzingen en bijlagen naar de nodige werkdocumenten. Door het scannen van de juiste QR code (binnen de applicatie) komt de medewerker gelijk terecht bij de informatie die voor hem/haar van toepassing is. Amuse reikt informatie aan die medewerkers op de werkvloer direct faciliteert om de juiste prestaties te kunnen leveren. De Amuse applicatie is ingericht volgens de 5 moments of need methodologie. De 5 Moments of Need methodologie is een model voor het mogelijk maken van een hogere performance. Het 5 moments of need model gaat uit van 5 momenten waarop professionals informatie nodig hebben en waarop zij leren. De 5 momenten zijn: (1) Wanneer je iets voor de eerste keer leert, (2) wanneer je meer wil leren, (3) wanneer je probeert toe te passen en/of te onthouden, (4) wanneer er iets fout gaat en (5) wanneer er zaken veranderen.
