Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: MonGalaxy at every 2 weeks against 耳觅's every 2 months. MonGalaxy also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). 耳觅's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MonGalaxy sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and 耳觅 sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for MonGalaxy against 4.6 for 耳觅. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 耳觅 has 60 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
MonGalaxy ships an update every 2 weeks, 耳觅 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
