Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Microsoft Azure at 4.8 against File Uploader for SharePoint's 3.4. Microsoft Azure also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 5). File Uploader for SharePoint's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 29%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Microsoft Azure holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Azure has 2.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Microsoft Azure's written reviews are positive against 50% of File Uploader for SharePoint's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
