Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Car Passkey at 2.1 against Jetour Smart Connect's 1.0. Car Passkey also leads on ratings volume (48 vs 2). Jetour Smart Connect's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Car Passkey holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Car Passkey has 48 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of Car Passkey's written reviews are positive against 10% of Jetour Smart Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Car Passkey ships an update every 3 months, Jetour Smart Connect every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
