ISTUMBLE® empowers care providers to make good decisions around when to lift a fallen person and when to call an ambulance. A nationally recognised tool, the ISTUMBLE ® app is accredited by Orcha for use within the NHS. Used in conjunction with Mangar Lifting Cushions, the combination safeguards a fallen person by providing a safe and dignified lift, whilst protecting healthcare workers and carers from injury acquired through manual handling. Importantly, the ISTUMBLE® algorithm has been demonstrated to reduce the length of time that a fallen person is on the floor.
