Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: طبق حلوى at 5.0 against ZIP's 4.5. طبق حلوى also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 17.0). ZIP's advantage is ratings volume (258 vs 2). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ZIP sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. طبق حلوى asks for nothing beyond the download.
طبق حلوى holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZIP has 258 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
