TeamTime for Basecamp vs Nex Secure Note

Do you use Basecamp to manage your projects? We've been using it for over a decade and still keep falling in love with it whenever a new feature or change comes out. Do you find yourself needing some basic, non-intrusive time tracking across your whole team? As a company with a number of internal and client projects, we've always needed some high-level time tracking either to accurately bill our clients, or to better estimate future projects, or to have a better insight into what projects take the most of our time.
