MANAGE PROJECTS WITH PROVEN METHODS PMKit gives you the methods to make your case, and the metrics to prove it. Every method here is one that professionals rely on, and every answer is one you can explain to anyone. THE METHODS, IN THE ORDER A PROJECT NEEDS THEM Stakeholder Management Power/Interest Grid RACI Matrix Prioritization and Decision Making RICE Score Weighted Decision Matrix ICE Score Eisenhower Matrix Schedule Management PERT Estimate Critical Path Method Monte Carlo Simulation Risk Management Pre-mortem Analysis Risk Matrix Expected Monetary Value Failure Mode and Effects Analysis Project Governance and Control Project Charter Earned Value Analysis Lessons Learned Register Strategic Analysis SWOT Analysis PESTLE Analysis Root Cause Analysis 5 Whys Pareto Analysis EVERY ANSWER EXPLAINS ITSELF A number never arrives on its own. Each result is read back to you in plain language, and every term a method asks for is explained behind the question mark beside it. Guide holds an offline article for each method: what it is for, when to use it, its formula, a worked example and the mistakes people make. YOUR WHOLE PROJECT, IN ONE REPORT A project holds as many analyses as it needs, each named for its purpose. Export any one of them as PDF, Markdown or CSV, or bring the whole project into a single report, choosing which analyses go in and in what order. Your name and your note sit in the footer, so the document that reaches the room is your work. START WITH SOMETHING REAL Three example projects come with the app. CRM Rollout runs every method over one programme, so the risk register, the root cause, the reserve and the forecast all describe the same story. Office Relocation and Annual Customer Conference are smaller and deliberately different. Edit or delete any of them. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account and no sign in. PMKit works without a connection, and your data stays on your device. You can save a backup file and restore it any time. FREE TO READ, SUBSCRIPTION TO CREATE Reading costs nothing. The example projects, everything in them and every Guide article are free to read and to export. Creating and editing your own analyses needs a PMKit subscription.
