SKYwareMobile consente il rilevamento presenze/produzione di personale che lavora fuori sede o presso linee produttive. Il sistema permette di: acquisire timbrature da terminali mobili; stampare l’elenco commesse/fasi su fogli standard (formato Qrcode); l’elenco commesse/fasi con selezione a tendina; stampare codici badge su fogli standard (formato Qrcode); elaborare la validità GPS della timbratura; visualizzare la timbratura con stato validità GPS e localizzarla in Google maps; evidenziare le anomalie di timbrature GPS; gestire l’anagrafica commessa: coordinate GPS, tolleranza, copia coordinate da Google maps, posizione cantiere, ecc; il recupero automatico della configurazione, assegnare smartphone nominali. La app verrà installata su dispositivi mobili che verranno dati ai diversi caposquadra. Il dipendente che deve timbrare dovrà presentarsi al caposquadra con il suo badge, su cui è stampato il QRcode identificativo. Il caposquadra attiverà la App e seguendo una semplice procedura acquisirà la timbratura del dipendente. Una volta raccolte un certo numero di timbrature il caposquadra potrà eseguire l’invio delle timbrature. La App visualizza: lo stato cruscotto; un pulsante per l’acquisizione della timbratura; un pulsante di sincronizzazione con il server; un menu di configurazione.
