Be Still has two options: pre-made guided meditations, or create your own playlist to meditation how you choose. The guided mediations are in five categories: 1. The Groundwork - this is a good place to start where we meditate on Being Still, Being Present and other basic principles of meditation and life. 2. The World - issues that face the world as a whole - Justice, Peace, Nature 3. Life's Journey - meditations on what we personally can face through life - suffering, forgiveness, love 4. Body & Mind - let's look at our breathing 5. Coming Home - coming back to your faith tradition, meditations on Communion, Prayer, breathing meditations with a Christian focus. You don't want to be guided? Then create your own playlist/s. The options to choose from are; 1. Meditation introduction (male or female voice) 2.
