Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Aproplan at 5.0 against BIM 360's 1.8. Aproplan also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). BIM 360's advantage is ratings volume (148 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
