Do more of what matters, at your own pace. Everything on your phone is built to take your attention. Ravi gives you your week back. One direction you chose, small steps you can actually do, and a check-in that keeps it moving. You are not short on discipline. You are short on direction, small steps, and someone who notices. Ravi is built around those three. HOW IT WORKS 1. Find your North Star Start with why. Ravi helps you put your direction into one sentence, with your values and one commitment under it. A step in the right direction beats a sprint in the wrong one. 2. Break it into small steps A goal you cannot start this week is not a goal yet. Ravi helps you cut it into steps small enough to finish, all pointing the same way. 3. Check in every week One short conversation a week. Ravi remembers what you said, asks how it went and helps you adjust. His coaching rules come from published behaviour change research, so you get an honest mirror instead of a pep talk. WHAT YOU GET • Your week, month, quarter and year in one place, so nothing floats loose • Goals you can tick off, split into steps, and reflect on • A weekly check-in with Ravi, by text or by voice • Feedback on every goal, so a vague plan becomes something you can start • A second seat, so you can invite a real person as your partner too (the seat is free; Ravi is per person) • Apple Health for steps, workouts and mindful minutes • Screen Time limits you set yourself, from a goal like "max 30 minutes Instagram" • Home screen widgets, so ticking something off takes a second • Push and email reminders, so you do not forget your check-in • Ravi in English, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian A LITTLE EVERY WEEK ADDS UP TO A LOT You read a few pages, take one walk, send one message. On its own it looks tiny. Pointed the same direction, week after week, it becomes a year you are proud of. Ravi keeps that direction in view and checks in, so the small steps actually happen. "Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together." Vincent van Gogh, letter to Theo, 1882 HONEST ABOUT YOUR DATA Ravi reads only the Apple Health data you approve, and never writes health data back. With Screen Time, your exact minutes stay on your device. Ravi only knows whether you stayed under the limit you set yourself. WHERE THE NAME COMES FROM Ravi is a real person. He is my friend, and for almost three years he has been my accountability partner. Every week we sit down, look at what we said we would do, and are honest about it. When our weeks stopped lining up, I started running the same session with AI. That became this app. Ravi means sun in Sanskrit, which is why he shows up on your screen as a small sun.
