(Read more) Accurate moisture measurements often can be the difference between a profitable crop and an unprofitable crop. Inaccuracies that can occur between the seasonal hand running the grain moisture test and the farmer / operator have the potential to negatively affect the operation’s bottom line. The mini GAC 2500 mobile app eliminates the potential for transcription error through direct communication of the moisture result from seasonal hand to farmer / operator via SMS text messaging or email. If the mini GAC 2500 handheld grain moisture tester reads 17.3% moisture on a sample of corn, the farmer / operator will be assured that 17.3% is what is communicated to him while he is running the combine. Results can be stored to the mobile device and analyzed graphically to compare field moistures, varieties, and to evaluate moisture trends across the operation.
