Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: 民谣鼓手 at none against Quick Drummer's shown. 民谣鼓手 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Quick Drummer's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
