Your door, on your phone. When someone arrives, your phone rings like any other call. See who's there, talk to them, and let them in, whether you're on the sofa or three time zones away. Your visitor installs nothing. IN A BUILDING WITH A FRONT DESK The desk calls you when a visitor arrives, and you approve them without getting up. Message the desk on your own private line, and see who's on shift. PACKAGES, WITH THE DETAILS See what's waiting and where it's held, with the tracking number and any note from the desk. Once it's collected, you'll see who picked it up. GUESTS WHO LET THEMSELVES IN Give a guest, a cleaner or a dog walker their own pass. Set a one-time window or a weekly schedule, lend them your key through the desk, and cancel it any time. YOUR BUILDING, WITHOUT THE GROUP CHAT Post to the building board, message neighbors directly, and share photos, videos and GIFs, without handing out your number. Add a profile photo so neighbors and the desk know who they're talking to. Report a message or block a neighbor at any time. ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT LAND Notices from management and the front desk arrive in their own channel, apart from the chatter. MAINTENANCE THAT CLOSES Report a repair once and add photos or video. It goes to the right person, and you follow it until you tap "Yes, it's fixed." PRIVACY Veni shows no ads and does not track you. Neighbors and building staff never see your email address or phone number, and sensitive data is encrypted. Veni works with an account from your building's management.
