TP PICS vs cc handover

TP PICS is an application for taking and classifying pictures. The pictures are then synchronised directly with the photo management in CDE ENTERPRISE. You can classify pictures by using free text fields and you can also utilise lists and set values for editing purposes (short lists). EXIF information, e.g. date and GPS data, is automatically saved with the photo files. You can work offline without an Internet connection. Afterwards all pictures and content will be uploaded to think project! once the Internet becomes available again. Important prerequisite: The user must have access to a minimum of one project from the main system CDE ENTERPRISE, and this project must be configured to operate together with the photo application. The ccHandover app supports the handover of branches, apartments or retail space. The web-based counterpart provides the master data. The contents for the modules measurement, key or meter stand can be entered with the app on site or before hand with the web backend. During acceptance, any defects or remaining services can be documented with photos. The completeness of the property or area to be handed over can be checked using freely configurable checklists. After the actual inspection, a protocol can be generated ad hoc, which can be viewed and then signed with the finger tip. The signed protocol is then distributed to the signatories as a PDF and simultaneously archived on the platform. Additionally our ServicePoint is available for our users by e-mail or telephone.
