The clearest difference is rating: ON TV at 5.0 against Multiplus TV's 3.0. ON TV also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Multiplus TV's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
